Get to Know Jereshia Hawk
Why did you start your online business?
Shoot, like most people, to have control over my earning potential. I have no shame in saying that my business has been and still continues to be a vehicle for me to build and grow my personal net worth. I love sales. I love coaching. I love figuring out the nuisance of how to solve a specific problem for a specific group of people. I love digging into the data of how people think, what influences their buying decisions and what causes them to take action in alignment with a particular outcome. I love being a witness to people's journeys of personal transformation. After 5+ years, the question of why I started my business has changed to why am I still committed to growing my business. I’m still playing the game because I realize that it’s always been about something so much bigger than satisfying my personal desires but rather about being obedient to operating in alignment with what I’ve been spiritually called to do. My obedience aligned with someone else’s obedience breeds a blessing being answered. It’s about that!
What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned about yourself?
Making money isn't the hard part. The becoming - owning your identity, honoring the process of who you are becoming, and boldly allowing yourself to fully be seen - that is the real work.
How do you measure success in your business?
Based on spiritual obedience. How quickly, how consistently and how boldly I'm acting in alignment to what I have been spiritually instructed and called to do in any given moment. How well I honor the clearest and truest version of my intuition. This always leads to results I am proud of with clients I feel incredible serving.
What do you like to do in your free time?
Read fiction books about love and life. Avoid cooking and dine out at new restaurants. Hike flat trails by the ocean. Take fake commute rides to my favorite donut shop while blasting trap music after work. Enjoy trips and travel that I did not plan. Visit wellness retreats that anticipate my needs. Host game nights for my friends.
