Elon Is So Close to Buying Twitter

It’s been in the news for the past few weeks but it looks like it’s finally (maybe, possibly, probably) happening. Elon Musk (the controversial billionaire Tesla and SpaceX CEO) spent Sunday meeting with Twitter’s board to discuss his proposed acquisition of the social media platform. Multiple outlets are reporting that a deal could be reached as soon as today (Monday, 4/25).

The Etsy Seller Strike Is Over – What’s Next?

This month thousands of Etsy sellers went on strike over the platform’s latest transaction fee increase. Many were offline for a week, from April 11 - 18. During that time many sellers turned off their shops and invited their customers to purchase from them directly via social media or on their own website. Now sellers are working to unionize and help their fellow makers stop relying on the platform.
